Cold laser therapy
Cold laser therapy is used for tissue repair and relief from pain and inflammation. The laser is applied directly to a targeted area, and the specific wavelengths of light emitted cause chemical reactions in damaged cells that stimulate healing and regeneration. The laser can be applied during a massage without interrupting your session, and you will not feel it while its being applied.
Cold laser therapy is great for healing sprains, strains, tendonitis, bursitis, tennis elbow, knee pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, etc.

cupping
Your fascia consists of sheets of connective tissue which are smooth when healthy, but can become knotted and tense, causing you pain and discomfort. Cupping promotes healing in the fascia by applying suction to the skin, fascia, and muscles. In contrast to massage, cupping uses negative pressure (a pulling movement, rather than pushing) to achieve several effects at once, including: Improving blood flow, breaking up scar tissue, reducing muscle tension, stretching the muscles and fascia, and increasing range of motion in the joints.
Cupping can be used anywhere on the body that feels tight or restricted.

IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization)
IASTM uses a specially designed tool to help increase blood flow, loosen scar tissue, increase range of motion, promote tissue healing, and decrease pain due to muscle or fascial tightness. I will place the small metal tool directly on the skin over the targeted area and move the tool in a gentle sliding or “scraping” motion. It does not hurt, but you will feel how the tissue goes from “rough” or “bumpy” to smooth from the beginning of the session to the end.
