Floor thai
Sometimes referred to as assisted yoga, Floor Thai uses stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques to relieve tension, promote relaxation, and improve flexibility and circulation.
During a Floor Thai session, you will lay on a mat on the floor, fully clothed, while I use my palms, thumbs, elbows, knees and sometimes my feet, to assist you into various positions and stretches.
You’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and energized.
