Side lying and pregnancy massage
Around the 4 month mark in your pregnancy, laying on your stomach or back can be uncomfortable, so I provide a body pillow bolster to help you achieve a relaxed side-lying position instead. I am able to access all of the same areas of the body as a traditional massage while in this position, allowing you to enjoy all of the benefits of massage without the pressure or discomfort of laying flat.
This position can also be beneficial for individuals who can not lie comfortably on their stomach or back for any other reason.
